Margaret O' Neil
"If you ever need someone to sell your condo, here is the name of the person who sold mine. She(Joyce) was wonderful. She even came in the day before the open house to help me dust and clean for a good 5 or 6 hours. She helped arrange flowers, dust, paint and on and on. I needed to relocate my smoke detector to meet the latest codes and she made all the arrangements to have it done. I needed a plumber to repair something in my gas oven, and again, she made all the arrangements to have it done. With so much going on with packing etc. I didn't have to worry about the sale of my place. I had a buyer in just 2 weeks! - Margaret O'Neill"

Jen & Pete
"When we decided to purchase our first home, my finace Pete and I originally began working with another realtor whom Pete had worked with prevoiusly, thinking he would have our best interests at heart. But after one trip to look at properties with him, we learned we were mistaken. He was pushy, he didn't ask us a single question about what we were looking for in a home, and we could tell all he cared about was closing a sale as quickly as possible. Working with Joyce at High Note Realty was like a breath of fresh air after that experience. She made sure to tune into our needs as homebuyers, and helped us to focus on the important elements of a property like the location and the layout (versus yuck! was that ugly wallpaper, and wow! what a great dishwasher!). She spent a great deal of time and effort researching properties and comparables to show us where to find value in the market and helped us to make a resonable offer when the time came. And when we found the home we wanted, she treated our money like it was her own, stressing how important it was for us to avoid becoming "house poor." In the end, we got the home we wanted in the location we wanted, and we paid the price we could live comfortably with. What more could you ask for in a realator? I would recommend High Note Realty with full confidence (and actually, I already have!) to anyone in the market for a new home. "
